Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they stay protected during transit.

  Label and Post

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
